David Beckham in 'New Year's Eve bust-up' with F1 boss Ron Dennis at Maldives resort
DAVID BECKHAM and Ron Dennis had a blazing public row over seating at an exclusive Maldives resort, according to reports.
David Beckham and Ron Dennis reportedly had a heated row on New Year's Eve
The former footballer is said to have been left "fuming" after the Formula One boss' "rude" comments at a New year's Eve event at the £10,000-a-week Amilla Fushi hotel.
The 41-year-old reportedly saw red after Ron, 69, took over his family's seats ahead of the show, which saw Victoria Beckham reunite with Mel C for a special rendition of 2 Become 1.
The CEO of the McLaren Technology Group replied: "I’ve paid the most money on the island, I deserve to sit here," according to The Sun.
A source went on to tell the newspaper: "There were name cards on the table which Ron failed to notice. He thought he could sit wherever he wanted.

"Becks was fuming. It was a throwback to his early football days when he used to show his temper on the pitch. He really didn’t hold back."
They added: "David believed Ron was rude. He was so incensed he felt the need to put him in his place – despite the fact the row was in full view of other guests."
David was enjoying celebrating with his famous family and pal Gordan Ramsay when the incident happened.
