According to court papers, Depp has also failed to give Ms Heard a date and time to collect her belongings from their castle-style home in Hollywood.

Ms Heard’s lawyers have filed a “request for order” to the case judge, asking that the terms of the settlement are enforced.

She also urged women to speak up during a Public Service Announcement on domestic abuse.
