Janet Jackson, 50, finally CONFIRMS pregnancy with first child: 'It's a blessing'

The hitmaker was first rumoured to be expecting after postponing the second leg of her world tour back in April.
The 50-year-old has now revealed the happy news, telling US publication People: "We thank God for our blessing."
As well as speaking to the magazine about becoming a mother, Janet was seen posing with her hand resting on her growing tum while dressed in a clingy white dress.
Wearing a dark-rimmed pair of spectacles, the sister of the late Michael Jackson looked overjoyed as she posed solo on the beach.

It comes just months after Janet announced that she was delaying her Unbreakable tour because she and her husband, Wissam Al Mana, were "planning our family".
The star shared a video with 3.38 million Twitter followers at the time to announce the shock news.
Janet did not say that she was pregnant, but said there had been a "sudden change" to the second leg of concerts - which started in August 2015.

Janet married the Qatari business magnate in 2012
She continued: "Please, if you could try and understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor's orders."
Janet added: "But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can."
The American singer, who turned 50 in May, married the Qatari business magnate in 2012 following two failed marriage to James DeBarge and René Elizondo Jr.
