The presenter took to social media to announce the arrival of their daughter Felicity yesterday.
Sharing the news on his Twitter account, he exclaimed: "Welcome Felicity! The boys are officially outnumbered in our house. Let the maternity see the leave!"
He also took the opportunity to thank those involved in the delivery of their newborn.
Paddy said: "Thank you to all the Dr's, nurses, wonderful maternity staff and the amazing staff and the amazing team in NICU at St Mary's hospital who helped our baby girl."

Paddy and Christine already have twins Leo and Penelope, three, and the new mum previously revealed she was worried about leaving them at home when she gave birth.
Alongside a snap of herself showcasing her growing baby bump on Instagram earlier this year, she confessed: "I can't wait to meet my new baba but I don't want to leave my twins when I go into hospital.
"I have never spent a night away from them since they were born three years ago. I know it will be worth it when I bring baby home and our family is all together."

Christine showcased her growing baby bump online
The proud parents revealed that they were "over the moon" to find out they were expecting a third child earlier this year.
Christine told OK! magazine: "We're over the moon. I've wanted more ever since they [Leo and Penelope] were born.
"We know exactly when we conceived – over Christmas – because Paddy has been busy touring."
