The 31-year-old - who was pictured partying up a storm with Winnie, 22, in New York last week - posted a selfie of the showbiz duo at the Yeezy Season 4 show.
However, despite the constant dating speculation, Lewis confused his 3.3 million followers a little by calling the model his "lil sis".
The Formula One champion - who was pictured on the Tommy Hilfiger NYFW FROW alongside Taylor Swift, Yolanda Hadid, Anwar Hadid and Martha Hunt yesterday - captioned the shot: "My lil sis @winnieharlow and I at the Yeezy Season 4 show the other day in NYC! #NYFW From my Snapchat: LewisHamilton."
Fans immediately begged the pair to date, with one person posting: "You two would make an amazing couple," while another gushed: "Wow she is so beautiful."

And it seems Winnie may have finally seen her dreams come true, with a source recently telling The Sun that Lewis "really likes her".
"Lewis and Winnie have known each other for a while and partied together in New York last year, but things have stepped up a notch recently," the insider claimed.
