DAME Joan Collins was jubilant on Twitter this afternoon as she celebrated the result of the EU referendum.

The actress told her 152,000 followers that this was the "first step", following news that the Remain campaign had lost in the polls.
The 83-year-old made no secret of which way she was voting beforehand on the micro-blogging site, agreeing with the likes of Elizabeth Hurley and Sir Michael Caine.
Dame Joan tweeted: "The journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step," alongside a number of Union flags and thumbs up emojis.
The Dynasty beauty had been partying with racing drivers Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso while the votes were being counted, judging by her fun snap.

Sharing a photo of the horizon outside, the 51-year-old suggested: "Here comes the sun…"
Earlier this year, film star Michael, 83, had told BBC Radio 4 that unless there were "some extremely significant changes, (the UK) should get out".
"To me, you've now got in Europe a sort of government-by-proxy of everybody, who has now got carried away," he stated.
