The 38-year-old beamed as she admitted that she's finally turned a corner and that this is the longest she's gone without piling on the pounds again.
Claiming that she's the happiest she has been for a very long time, the blonde divulged to Lorraine Kelly, 56, about her past yo-yo dieting habits.
"I feel good. This is the longest I've managed to maintain it. That's always been my problem," Claire said.
Viewers at home took to social media to praise the Tragedy hitmaker's new look, commending her on such an impressive achievement.

The singer hinted at another Steps reunion
The mother-of-two also chatted about the possibility of another Steps reunion, predicated upon the interest of their loyal fans.
"Our mantra is always say, 'never say never'," she continued. "It would be lovely to do something again. We've all got such different lives.
"I've been recording music on my own. It's really exciting and I'm really enjoying it. But if the fans want it, it will be known."
