The couple cuddled up close to each other while enjoying a break in Venice with their two young sons.
While their boys Alastair, 10, and five-year-old Aiden checked out the Italian sights, the A-list pair managed to steal a moment to themselves in the romantic city.
Rod was seen tenderly resting his head on the leggy beauty's shoulder while they cutely sat hand-in-hand.
Penny, 45, who wed the music legend back in 2007, cut a youthful figure in a pair of short denim dungarees, which highlighted her never-ending pins perfectly.
