Kay Burley trolled after complaining she 'wasn't allowed' to finish £130 wine at eatery
KAY BURLEY has been ridiculed online after complaining about the treatment she received at London's Chiltern Firehouse.
Kay Burley has today come under fire for comments she made about Chiltern Firehouse
The news reporter angrily took to Twitter last night, claiming the restaurant had not allowed her to finish an expensive bottle of wine at her table, despite the bar being full.
The 55-year-old soon found herself being trolled for her comments, with some users poking fun at her for being "posh" and others writing "#PrayForKay".
Kay tweeted: "So #chilternfirehouse - properly get over yourself. Ridiculous superior attitude to diners. We won't be returning."
The Sky News broadcaster continued: "We paid £130 for a bottle of average wine with dinner but weren't allowed to finish at the table and no space at bar… #chilternfirehouse."

The London eatery is a favourite with celebrities
One person questioned: "Does journalism suffer if the daily experience of reporters is completely detached from the pain of poverty?"
Kay later replied: "I come from a council house in Wigan where my miner grandad slept in the front kitchen, you silly moo."
She added: "There was me thinking I could spend my money however I wanted to! #chilternfirehouse."
