The 17-year-old - who recently unveiled her newly-dyed bleached blonde hair - took to the social media site to share an adorable message to the legendary musician, who died in 2009 at the age of 50.
She could be seen posing next to Michael in the sweet snap, which showed him in his 1980s heyday, wearing his famous leather jacket.
The teenager showed off her new 'do, as she mimicked his pose and looked over at the singer.
Paris' latest post comes after she told fans she was tending to an alcohol addiction just last month.

She unleashed an angry tirade online in response to some "negative" comments, likening the pressure to her late father's tumultuous time in the spotlight.
Paris also blasted her fans for their positivity, telling them she simply doesn't have time to get back to everyone, just like the Kardashian clan or Justin Bieber.
In the foul-mouthed rant, the star said: "This is f****** ridiculous. I am expected to literally sit on my a** all day replying to comments people leave me (positive and negative)?"

But the revelations didn't stop there. Paris also wrote that she has been attending AA meetings to kick her drinking habit.
She added: "I have AA meeting to go to. Family obligations. PERSONAL obligations.
"It's so f***ing selfish that I am literally attacked on ever f***ing thing I post just because people that I DON'T EVEN KNOW aren't getting what they want."
Her rant briefly took a positive turn when she momentarily thanked her fans for their support, but the defensive comments quickly returned.
Paris added: "I don't know any of you. I appreciate the love and support, but the expectations are f***ing ridiculous."
