However, after telling his followers he was "so proud" of her, it reportedly emerged that the Irish hunk had tagged the wrong account in his tweet, and it was in fact a fan page for the brunette beauty.
The former Hollyoaks actress, 22, broke down in tears on the ITV show, after opening up about her turbulent love life and ex Sam Reece.
"So proud of @stephaniexdavis speaking about her past so openly… keep that smile," Jeremy, 25, tweeted.
Stephanie, who actually uses the Twitter handle @Stephdavis77, seemed undeterred by the mistake, writing: "Thank you for all your support."

Jeremy also used the social networking site to make it clear that there was only one woman for him.
Following a message about his upcoming personal appearance at Dublin's The Penthouse, the star couldn't help but respond after they claimed he'd be "back for the ladies".
"@ThePenthouseTWV have my lady @stephaniexdavis," Jeremy also stated.

During the show, Stephanie confessed that she had, in fact, contacted model Sam the day after the CBB finale: "I sent a text, not that night… the next day or some point I don’t know.
"I just said you know, I said a lot of things but, ‘it’s nice to see you’ve been making money off the back of it, now you’ve got your own money I don’t have to pay for everything. Good luck with everything and I’ve finally met someone who does love me for being me."
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
