Fitness fanatic Kate admitted she has one treat day a week
Kate - who releases her new book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body on February 16 - appears to be more confident than ever and spoke about the pressures that females are under to look a certain way, in the accompanying interview.
She explained: "Find the place where you feel really good in yourself. We’ve been programmed to feel like we’re under this great obligation as women to look and be a certain way.
"And that’s not our fault. That’s what culture and society have gifted us as women. Thank you but no thank you."
Despite being body confident, Kate admitted that she does get stressed out at times. However, she's learning to deal with her everyday worries.
“I don’t take myself too seriously. That’s how I am," the star insisted.

Kate said women are 'programmed to look a certain way'
"Sometimes stress can be good stress. The whole point is that life doesn’t ever get easy. And so you have to learn how to enjoy it," she continued.
Kate - who has been romantically linked to Nick Jonas recently - also said that despite her fabulous figure, she still allows herself to indulge once a week.
She revealed: “I like living my life—I’m not highly regimented.
"If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I’ll do that, like, once a week where I’m not thinking about it. I want to indulge! I want to do things that are not necessarily healthy sometimes."
