The star looked ecstatic as she posed for photographs with her brother Sam Thomson and her mother Ninette.
She swapped her sheer floor-length gown which she wore for the premiere for a short flirty dress, with metallic floral detailing for the celebrations.
Lily looked stunning in the high-neck garment which featured a ruffle hemline drawing attention to her lean legs.

The War and Peace star looked thrilled to be celebrating the success of the premiere as she partied with co-stars Suki Waterhouse, Bella Heathcote, Ellie Bamber and Millie Brady who play her on-screen sisters.
Lily plays Elizabeth Bennet in adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's 2009 novel which sees jane Austen's heroine turned into a mast of marial arts and weaponry.

Speaking about the film, the 26-year-old told the Evening Standard: "I think that there’s been a lot of Pride and Prejudice’s before in the past.
"It’s been done very well and I think it’s always interesting if you love something to see it done in a different way.
"What we all found was kind of crazy. [Putting] something so surreal and strange as zombies in Pride and Prejudice somehow [helped] some of the scenes and relationships in the book become heightened."
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies hits cinema screens in the UK on February 11.
