The 64-year-old actress and her husband filed for divorce in 2013 but have finally settled their finances and mutual assets, it has been reported.
This is her fourth marriage that has ended in divorce, but Jane has previously revealed that she is close to all four of her exes.
According to TMZ, Jane will take the couple's home in Malibu and property in England.
She will also get $132,000 in exchange for James receiving tickets to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The pair have decided to split their collection of gold coins, which are estimated to be worth over $200,000 and their membership at Sherwood Country Club.
They will also half any future profits from Jane's show Dr.Quinn, Medicine Woman and future profits from Walk The Line.
