JAMES Bond star Daniel Craig yesterday insisted he “loves” working on the franchise, despite earlier saying he would rather slash his wrists than make a fifth movie.

At a photocall for the new film Spectre, which opens in cinemas on Monday, the 47-year-old actor was asked about the possibility of returning as 007 one last time.
“Do I have a choice?” he joked, before adding: “I love making these films.
He had previously said he would rather "slit my wrists" than make another bond film
Craig does many of his own stunts.

“Skyfall was a huge success but you want to move on and make a bigger and better version.
"We’ve spent a huge amount of time making sure this story is as strong and as real as possible.”
Craig does many of his own stunts in the new film.

He revealed he accidentally injured former professional wrestler Dave Bautista, who plays villain Mr Hinx, while filming one of the chase scenes.
“Believe me, I was in the other room when I realised,” he said.
“I thought he’d come after me but he was so sweet about it.”
