Peter Andre has been branded an unsatisfactory witness in court today
The Strictly Come Dancing contestant's evidence against producer Neville Hendricks was described by Mr Justice Flaux as "particularly unreliable".
ITV2 must now pay Neville Hendricks "substantial damages", expected to run into millions of pounds, in a bitter contract dispute involving the 42-year-old star.
The judge was scathing about claims made by Peter that he felt physically threatened after his close friend and manager Claire Powell allegedly received death threats from Neville.
The threats were said to have been made at the stormy end of former couple's relationship, which involved "scurrilous and vitriolic" tweets online.

Mr Justice Flaux called Peter an "an extremely unsatisfactory witness", saying on some issues his evidence was "not truthful" and his death threat allegations were "a complete fabrication", he ruled.
Neville sued the broadcaster after his company’s contract to produce shows featuring Peter and Kerry Katona was cancelled in 2011.
The issue began when ITV2’s solicitors sent him a letter, cancelling the production agreement and accusing him of breach of contract.

The judge upheld his breach of contract claim against the channel, opening the way for his company, Mr H TV Limited, to seek massive damages.
The judge told the court: "I do not consider that either Mr Andre or Miss Powell felt genuinely threatened by Mr Hendricks.
"I reject utterly any suggestion that he made death threats."
