'I changed her nappy – it's weird' Antonio Banderas on Dakota Johnson's Fifty Shades role
HE WATCHED her grow up from being four years old, so it's no surprise Antonio Banderas WON'T be going to watch stepdaughter Dakota Johnson in Fifty Shades of Grey.
Antonia Banderas said he wouldn't be seeing Dakota Johnson in Fifty Shades of Grey
The 54-year-old Zoro star said it would be "weird" for him to watch the blockbuster movie, which is based on E. L. James' best selling love story about BDSM enthusiast Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and his relations with Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).
Antonio was married to Dakota's mum Melanie Griffith for 18 years until their split in 2014.
Speaking on ITV's Loose Women, he said: "No, no, no. Dakota when she was four years old, I changed her nappies.
"It’s very weird to go and see the movie. If it was on television one day, I will pass."

Despite being the daughter of Melanie and Don Johnson, Antonio revealed Dakota has never took advantage of her famous parentage.
"Dakota didn’t want our help. Every time that she was called for a movie [she said] ‘I don’t want you guys to be there, I don’t want them to know that you are my mother’ or who [is] her real father, her biological father Don [Don Johnson]. She didn’t want help. She has been very honest in that aspect," he said.
Despite not seeing the film, the actor said he was extremely proud of his stepdaughter.
He told the panel: "I didn’t see the movie but I was in Los Angeles for some of the pre-Oscars parties and stuff and some directors, important people and a producer, they approached me and said the movie is good but your stepdaughter is fabulous.
"That makes me very proud. I know that she wants it and I know she’s got it, she’s got the skills. She knows Hollywood from her grandmother [Tippi Hedren] so she knows how to manage herself in the universe."

During his chat with Andrea McLean, Linda Robson, Jane Moore and Nina Wadia, Antonio also revealed he was planning to go back to school.
He said: "It’s something that I am going to do, I am going to study clothing design.
"It’s something that has been on my mind for a long time and probably one of the best schools in the world is here, St Martin’s University and so I am going to start studying with them.”
Admitting that it might ‘take a while’, he added: "I need knowledge to take steps in that territory in the future.
"It makes me feel actually very young! To put the elbows on the table again and try to understand another reality and another thing. Of course I won’t stop my professional life, I’ll continue acting, directing...but this is a new thing."
