Jane Fonda discusses current social issues and her 'fear for our future'
PROVING age hasn't withered the activist in her, Jane Fonda has taken to her blog to speak on a host of issues she's troubled by.

The actress, 77, who became well known for her activism, especially her anti-Vietnam war stance, has raised concerns about everything from children suffering in war-torn countries to the plight of animals.
"I read two newspapers a day and I ache.
"I think about polar bears and elephants and I cry," she wrote.
I fear for our future
"I think about the children growing up in the constant horror of war and I fear for our future.
"I read that more Canadian soldiers and veterans have committed suicide since 2004 than died in combat.
"There are those who think I don't care about our soldiers and they are so wrong."
Well, nobody can accuse her of indifference.
