Caroline Flack admits Strictly Come Dancing got her through love split
SHE may have had a 'testing year' but Caroline Flack has admitted that taking part in Strictly Come Dancing has helped her enormously.
Caroline Flack has said that Strictly Come Dancing got her through her recent love split
The 35-year-old star has admitted that the BBC One show got her through her break-up with boyfriend of 18 months, Jack Street.
Following Saturday night's final, which saw her win the show with dance partner Pasha Kovalev, Caroline said it was impossible to feel down when dancing.
"You don’t feel bad when you’re dancing. You can’t feel unhappy, it’s impossible. It’s such a natural way to release endorphins," she told The Sun.
"It’s amazing to end it on a high like this. It’s been an interesting year, very testing in a lot of ways.

"It’s the way you handle things sometimes that make you feel stronger in yourself. And if you handle them right, you come out feeling good."
Caroline may or may not have been referring to reports that she and Jack had split after the 27-year-old had gotten close to Glee star Diana Agron.
The two are said to have struck up a 'friendship' while Jack was working in the US with British singer Sam Smith.
And although Caroline was said to be 'devastated' behind the scenes of the dance show, keeping buy with rehearsals has helped her a lot.
"I’m not very good at talking about my emotions. But what Pasha’s taught me to do is to express it by dancing. It’s been a real outlet for me," she explained.

The former Xtra Factor host is now considering a change of career following her success on the show.
"Even three or four weeks in I was thinking, ‘God, I’d love to do something like be in a musical’. 2015 will be an exciting year," she admitted.
And although she is hotly tipped to do more work for the BBC, it seems that ITV are keen to work with her again.
"Simon Cowell sent me a lovely text saying how well I’ve been doing. And he was really proud," she added.
