Shia LaBeouf wins judge's approval over rehab
SHIA LABEOUF has won approval from a judge in New York City after the actor showed he is abiding by a court-ordered six-month alcohol rehab program stemming from his disorderly conduct arrest over the summer (14).
The Transformers star was held by police in the Big Apple in June (14) for disrupting a theatre production of Cabaret and he later pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.
LaBeouf was ordered to complete six months of alcohol rehabilitation as his punishment and he appeared in a Manhattan court on Tuesday (25Nov14) to prove he is abiding by the rules and attending out-patient sessions as instructed.
Editors at TMZ.com report the judge gave LaBeouf the thumbs up for his efforts and ordered him back to court in March (15) upon completion of his rehab order.
