Paolo Nutini postpones second gig due to tonsillitis
Singer PAOLO NUTINI has postponed a second gig in Glasgow, Scotland due to severe tonsillitis.
The New Shoes hitmaker has axed performances on Monday (27Oct14) and Tuesday (28Oct14) after falling sick with the throat condition.
In a post on the singer's official website on Monday, a spokesperson for the star wrote, "Following the decision to postpone tonight's show at the SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow, and following medical advice, Paolo Nutini must also postpone the show tomorrow night in Glasgow (Tuesday 28th Oct).
"Paolo has been diagnosed with severe tonsillitis and is regrettably not able to perform. Customers are advised to retain their tickets and await further information with regard to a rescheduled date which will be planned and announced as quickly as possible. We wish to sincerely apologise to all ticket holders for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We thank you for your patience and understanding."
