Tami Erin on booze awareness course over DUI arrest
Former child star TAMI ERIN has been ordered to attend an alcohol education course following her arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) last year (13).
The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking actress was arrested in December (13) after allegedly smashing her vehicle into three cars as she drove through Los Angeles.
She was charged with one count of driving under the influence, two charges of hit-and-run, and one of failing to provide proof of insurance, and officials have now ordered Erin to enter an alcohol education program as part of her three-year probation.
She must also attend a weekly Alcoholics Anonymous class for 10 weeks and perform 240 hours of community service, according to TMZ.com.
