David McIntosh booted out in first Celebrity Big Brother eviction
DAVID McIntosh has become the first contestant to be booted out of the Celebrity Big Brother house tonight.
Kelly Brooks' fiancé had been up for eviction against ex-Eastenders actress Claire King, dancer James Jordan, Kellie Maloney and actor Gary Busey.
The former Gladiators star had thought three housemates were up for the chop and said afterwards he was shocked that it was just a single eviction.
Speaking to host Emma Willis afterwards, David said: "I'm upset. I thought there were just a few people coming out, it's just me!
"We actually thought there were three people coming out but I'm all good. I feel a bit more of a loser but I'll take it on the chin.
"I'm am a competitive man but it's all good!"
I'm upset. I thought there were just a few people coming out, it's just me!
The muscle-bound fitness model said he enjoyed "every bit" of his nine days in the CBB house.
And he said gay Will & Grace actor Leslie Jordan had nominated him for eviction because he was making him "hot under the collar".
David said: "I think he could sense from me I was missing my fiancé so maybe he put me on there.
"And he said he put me [up for eviction] as he didn't want to look at me as he was getting hot under the collar."
The former Royal Marines commando was also asked about his relationship with fellow housemate Gary who he had a number of clashes with.
David claimed that the Oscar nominated actor was "playing a game" and that he was being "manipulative" in the CBB house.
Gary was the first housemate saved by the public vote in the eviction tonight.
