Bob Geldof embroiled in feud with neighbour
Rocker BOB GELDOF has gone to war with a neighbour in Kent over a garden gate.
The Boomtown Rats frontman has written a letter to the local council in Faversham opposing his neighbour Deborah Reynolds' application to create a gate in the wall next to her house.
Reynolds wants better access to her gardens, which stand next to Geldof's grounds, but the musician argues the new entrance will pose a security risk.
In his letter, he writes, "I oppose this application because permission will not be given to the applicant to undertake these changes to my property... To open a 'gate' at this point in the boundary wall of my property will be a tangible security risk to it."
A decision on the planning application will be announced on 22 August (13).
