Celebs having the time of their lives at Dirty Dancing
HERE is how celebrities have the time of their lives on a hot and steamy night in the capital – they go to the hot and steamier stage show of Dirty Dancing!
Russell Kane, the 32-year-old Essex comedian, brought his mum Juliet to the West End for the show at the Piccadilly Theatre.
“We get quite a few nights out together,” she told us, with Russell adding: “Mum changed her cleaning days so she could make it. I am proud that she did that and proud that she works.”
Jo Wood arrived in a floaty dress accompanied by a male companion. “I love the dancing,” says Jo, who is tipped to join the BBC’s Celebrity MasterChef line-up and was a favourite on Strictly.
Also at the show were style guru Gok Wan, Strictly judge Bruno Tonioli and actress Fay Ripley, right. She’d love to be in a musical though she can’t really sing: “It’s the one thing I was never asked to do but I’d love to play the drunk headmistress in Annie.”
