Hugs and kisses that prove Pippa Middleton is no ice maiden
THE Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister, Pippa Middleton, looked happy to get hugs and kisses from male admirers as she endured a 56-mile ski race for charity yesterday.
The 28-year-old beamed as one mystery man, thought to be a race steward, planted a smacker on her cheek as he hugged her close to him.
After completing one of the world’s longest cross-country ski races, held in Sweden’s frozen north-east, the smiling party planner got another encouraging hug from a fellow competitor.

Dressed in a black ski suit and red hat against the cold, Prince William’s sister-in-law warmly returned the male skier’s good wishes at the Vasaloppet race.
Pippa Middleton told Swedish TV she had only spent “a couple of weekends” preparing for the race
Despite being rumoured to have rekindled her romance with George Percy, the Duke of Northumberland’s son was nowhere to be seen in the crowd.
Supported by her younger brother James, Pippa finished the course in seven hours 13 minutes, taking 412th place in the women’s category and successfully raising more than £7,600 for a children’s charity.
Yesterday Pippa told Swedish TV she had only spent “a couple of weekends” preparing for the race before admitting she was exhausted by her trial.

Pippa wrote on the JustGiving.com donation website: “My brother and I are raising money for Magic Breakfast, a small registered charity that fights child hunger through breakfast clubs and delivering free breakfasts (bagels, cereal, juice and porridge) to thousands of state primary school children in the UK, particularly our inner cities.”
