Superfans can rent out some of the most coveted celebrity-owned properties on the market – from Kelvin Fletcher's farm lodges to Adam Henson's country cabins.

If you've ever wanted to venture to Kirstie Allsopp's Devon cottage or up to the Peak District to see what life on the Fletchers' family farm is really like off-camera, you're in luck.

Stars are more and more often renting out their holiday homes to fans, who can scoop up a bargain for as little as £195 per night.

Countryfile presenter Adam Henson is letting fans stay in his exclusive Cotswolds property – and it’s nestled in a gorgeous location.

Adam lives in the 650-acre Cotswold Farm Park with his wife Charlie, but has opened up several cabins and lodges on the property to let members of the public stay over. The cabins boast hot tubs and are located just five miles from the pretty village of Bourton-on-the-Water.

Each of the two Ash and Oak cabins can accommodate four guests, and cost £195 per night.

Other lodges, available to book through Airbnb, can house up to six guests and offer electric barbecues, picnic benches and an open lounge area. For a two-night stay in one of the other lodges, guests would expect to pay around £1,130 in total.

Emmerdale and Strictly Come Dancing star Kelvin Fletcher has his Peak District cottage listed on rental site Sykes Holiday Cottages. Located in Sutton – close to Macclesfield – the property features three bedrooms, a wood-burning stove, an AGA cooker and an enclosed garden featuring a hot tub.

The stunning location features rustic amenities and a gorgeous garden, located on Kelvin’s farmland that has appeared on ITV reality series Fletchers’ Family Farm.

Stag Cottage is located on the outskirts of Wincle, and boasts “off-road parking, gorgeous interiors and superb views of the surrounding countryside.” It can fit a family of six and is just down the road from a hearty village pub, and within driving distance of Speedwell Cavern and Peveril Castle.

Prices vary depending on the season and the length of your stay – a seven-night stay in July 2027 would cost £3,213 – or £459 per night, for up to six people.
