David and Victoria Beckham left 'heartbroken' as Brooklyn 'sends legal letter' to parents
Brooklyn Beckham has taken his family feud to the next level by sending a legal letter to his parents.

Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly sent a legal notice to his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, four years after tying the knot to his wife, Nicole Peltz Beckham. The Beckham family feud first erupted back in 2022, with his doting parents fighting to reunite as a family ever since. But in a shocking turn of events, the budding chef has put his foot down after it was claimed that he sent a "desist" letter to his family.
During the festive holidays, Brooklyn's younger brother, Cruz, took to social media to hit back at the coverage of the family feud, where he revealed that he and his parents had been "blocked" by Brooklyn online. It has now been claimed that Brooklyn sent a letter in the summer, requesting that communication between them be conducted through his lawyers.

It is understood that Brooklyn "wanted to try and make amends privately and not publicly". A source told The Sun: "Truly, people do not know the full facts of this heartbreaking tale, and think Brooklyn was just being truculent when he blocked his parents.
"The reality is that he issued them with a letter at the end of last summer, asking for any correspondence to go via lawyers only, and wanted to try and make amends privately not publicly.
"He felt that his parents continued to ignore his wishes and kept mentioning him online instead of reaching out to him privately. For their part, David and Victoria have simply tried to let their beloved eldest son know the door is always open, and that they still care."
The source went on to claim that the Beckhams were "utterly bemused and devastated" by what had happened, with the chance of a reconciliation seeming further away than ever before. Friends had previously claimed that the Beckhams invited Brooklyn to be with them as David received his knighthood in November.

It is understood that an olive branch was also extended to Nicola, who was reportedly invited to join them for an evening dinner. However, reports claimed that the couple declined their invitation. Although contact appears to have collapsed between Brooklyn and his family, it is believed that the photographer is still in touch with his grandparents on both sides.
A source revealed: "Brooklyn absolutely adores them and knows how much pain this is causing everyone. So he has reached out in his own time, but tried to keep it low-key so as not to drag them into it."
Brooklyn's explosive fallout with his parents appears to have gone up a notch following the football ace's 50th birthday bash, with much of their feud playing out in the press. Sources claimed at the time that Brooklyn attempted to arrange a coffee date with his parents during his visit to the UK.
Meanwhile, separate sources claimed the fallout first began years prior during Nicola and Brooklyn's wedding. The couple later addressed the feud, with Nicola explaining: "I was going to [wear a Victoria Beckham wedding dress] and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realised that her atelier couldn't do it, so then I had to pick another dress.
"She didn't say you can't wear it; I didn't say I didn't want to wear it. That's where it started, and then they ran with that." Brooklyn added: "I've learned they're always going to write stuff like that. They're always going to try and put people down. But everyone gets along, which is good."
