Helen Mirren, 80, spotted filming MobLand season two in sharp leather look
The iconic actress was seen back on set as filming continues on MobLand 2.

Helen Mirren was spotted back on set this week as filming continued on the second series of MobLand, with the Hollywood icon seen shooting new scenes in central London. The 80-year-old actress was filmed inside a café alongside Anson Boon as cameras rolled on the Paramount+ crime drama. Between takes, Helen was later seen heading back to her car, weighed down with several large bouquets of flowers, drawing the attention of passersby as production continued around her.
Cutting a commanding figure, Helen looked effortlessly stylish in a black fur coat layered over a leopard print top and leather trousers that echoed her formidable on-screen persona. Her silver hair was also coiffed to perfection, in keeping with her ruthless character, Maeve Harrigan. The Guy Ritchie-backed series has officially been renewed for a second season following its successful debut. Helen is returning alongside a heavyweight cast including Pierce Brosnan, Tom Hardy and Joanne Froggatt, with production now underway as of late 2025.

Earlier this month, Helen and Pierce, 72, were also spotted filming their first scenes for the new series at the swanky Mayfair restaurant Scott’s.
The pair were seen wrapped up warm as filming stretched into the evening, attracting plenty of attention outside the upmarket hotspot.
Pierce plays Conrad Harrigan, Maeve’s powerful mob boss husband, with the gritty drama following the ruthless couple as they battle a rival syndicate threatening their criminal empire.
Tom Hardy stars as Harry Da Souza, their brutal fixer, who is brought in to deal with problems when things spiral out of control.
While storyline details are being kept tightly under wraps, Season 2 is expected to pick up immediately after the blood-soaked finale of the first series.
Consisting of 10 episodes, MobLand currently holds a solid 78 per cent score on Rotten Tomatoes, with viewers praising its violence, swagger and powerhouse performances.
