Josie Gibson unrecognisable after 5 stone weight loss as she poses in bikini

After overhauling her lifestyle and dropping an impressive five stone, Josie Gibson has now taken her hard-earned results abroad. On a sunlit break in Antigua, the This Morning presenter slipped into a white floral-print bikini, flaunting her unbelievable transformation as she relaxed on the beach. The 40-year-old TV favourite looked in high spirits as she soaked up the sun on her winter getaway with a pal.

Wearing stylish sunglasses and a red-patterned bikini, Josie appeared worlds away from the woman who embarked on her weight-loss mission just months ago. Earlier this year, the former Big Brother star revealed she had shed the weight without fat jabs or surgery, telling fans in an Instagram post: “I didn't get a gastric bypass; I got off my big ae, moved more, ate less and educated myself on what I was stuffing into my body.”

Josie’s dramatic transformation has been widely discussed, particularly as she continues to showcase her new frame in a series of standout looks on This Morning.

She credits much of her success to the Do The Unthinkable plan — a 12-week fitness and food programme run by MuscleFood, which includes delivered meals, structured workouts and strict guidance.

Explaining her routine, Josie said she follows the plan for six days and allows herself one day off: “Now on that one day off, I had one cheat meal.

"I didn't go crazy and drink 10 bottles of wine and binge all day on food and chocolate and all the naughty things I haven't been having. I just had my one cheat and that was it… Just have your one cheat meal and enjoy it. Don't have a binge.”

The Bristol-born star has also been vocal about steering clear of weight-loss jabs. 

She admitted: “The thing is, I can understand… when people get desperate and they want to do that. But it wouldn't be for me, only because I don't want to mess around with my body, I like everything natural, I always go down the natural route.”

Josie has not shied away from small cosmetic tweakments, posing over the summer with Dr Nora from London’s Rejuvenation Clinic.

While she didn’t reveal exactly what she'd had done, Dr Nora shared a photo of the pair laughing, captioned: “Can't tell which one the comedian is @josiegibson85! Always the best time having you in the clinic!”

Away from the studio, Josie also gave fans a glimpse of home life as she celebrated Halloween with her son, Reggie, seven.
