ITV This Morning star sparks concern with hospital update from A&E
This Morning's Josie Gibson shared a worrying message from hospital as she shared an image from outside A&E to her Instagram.

A familiar face from ITV's This Morning has sparked concerns over her health, after sharing an update from hospital. Josie Gibson, who is a regular segment presenter and announcer for the breakfast show, shared a snap to her Instagram showing her outside A&E.
She captioned it: "You couldn't even make it up." While the ITV star did not elaborate further, the image that she shared showed directions to the Fracture and Orthopedic Clinics and Trauma Assessment Unit.
Hinting further at the 40-year-old feeling down about the hospital visit, Josie played the track Cry, Cry by Mazzy Star over the Instagram Story. She stopped short of revealing whether it was due to a personal injury or if she was accompanying someone else in need of care.
The Big Brother champion has not yet offered any further information or updates about her hospital visit this afternoon. Josie has previously been vocal about her health struggles, including discussions about seeking treatment for tonsillitis.
Additionally, she has shared her experiences with sleep paralysis. She previously revealed to Express.co.uk: “I’ve had sleep paralysis twice and it was really weird. You're awake but you’re not awake, it feels so odd.

“It was when I was Finland and it was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had. Something was stroking my hair and I was literally trying to shout out for it to get off me.”
The starlet revealed that the chilling experienced happened “for hours” despite calling out for help.
She continued: “It felt like it was going on for hours and then the next thing you know I woke up and it was daylight but I was wide awake.

Her latest Instagram post comes ahead of her new show, Around the World in First Class, launching on Channel 5 later this week.
The three-part series - which debuts on Friday - follows Josie as she experiences "first-class travel" around the world. She's set to visit a host of countries like Grenada, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates on the trip over the course of the series.
