Sally Dynevor: Coronation Street star speaks after receiving MBE
Coronation Street's Sally Metcalfe star Sally Dynevor is sill in touch with a former co-star over two decades after they left the ITV show. The star recently attended a production of Sisters Of Mercy in Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre with fellow thespian Angela Lonsdale, who joined the show as policewoman Emma Taylor in 2000.
Her character went on to marry the iconic Curly Watts (Kevin Kennedy) and they had a child together. They both departed the cobbles in 2003.
It is a case of gone but nor forgotten for Sally though, who was hanging out with her friend at the show. Anglea posted a picture of the two women smiling on her Instagram making sure to tag Sally.
She captioned it: "The beautiful day continues with my beautiful @sallydynevor x x," Not to be outdone Sally posted a couple of images of the two women with some of the creatives behind the show and wrote an equally gushing post.
"What an incredible afternoon with @realangelalonsdale and our wonderful @jojeharvey , watching his hilarious production of #sistersofmercy . @emmabispham and the entire cast were fantastic! Catch the final week you will be sorry to have missed it .#sistersofmercy," she advised.
