Jeremy Clarkson announces new Hawkstone Breeze Lager

Jeremy Clarkson has delighted fans after announcing his new limited edition lager beer for the summer months. The former Top Gear host is the owner of Hawkstone Lager, a beer and cider brand brewed in Gloucestershire.

In an Instagram video, Jeremy is seen sitting in a field of grass and shows off the new Hawkstone Breeze beer. He says that the can of beer is perfect to take to the beach or festivals, however there is a catch.

He said that the limited edition is only available to Hawkstonians, otherwise known as customers who sign up to the beer brand online and they can get 15 percent off every purchase and exclusive first looks on all their specials.

Jeremy then opens the can of lager and samples some of it, before saying: "Oh, that's f***ing delicious."

Many of his followers flocked to the comments section to react to the exciting announcement. One person penned: "I just want to be sat in that field drinking one of those cans in this glorious sunshine."

A second person also commented: "Hahahaha ive got Covid and I'm stuck at home but bloody hell I want a cold Hawkstone." A third typed: "Ugh I wish these were available in the US."

Jeremy introduced an ultra-low version of the lager during Dry January. In an Instagram video, he described it as a "healthy alternative" and said he would be "in trouble."

Last year, he issued a warning to consumers that some bottles of his cider "might explode".

Sharing in a tweet in July 2023, he said: "There’s been a massive c**k up and as a result, there’s a very slim chance, some of our Hawkstone CIDER bottles might, there’s no easy way of saying this, explode."

He then urged buyers to pour away the damaged bottles and request a refund: "If the cap has the code L3160, open it underwater, pour it away and get in touch for a refund. Info@Hawkstone.co.

"Really sorry about this but on the upside, the beer is fine and still delicious. As is the cider, in bottles that are unaffected. Which is almost all of them."
