Gabby Logan’s son Reuben Logan has admitted that it wasn’t easy growing up with a celebrity mum.
The Sports Personality of the Year presenter, 50, asked the 17-year-old about family and what it was like growing up in the public eye.
Reuben joined his mother on The Mid-Point with Gabby Logan podcast where she also asked whether he thinks things would have been different if she and his father hadn’t been celebrities.
The future Northampton Saints star confessed: “I do get a bit of chat and I will give it a chat about you being my mum.” (sic)
He hesitated when asked whether it was “bad chat” to which he replied it was “banter”.

The son of former Scotland rugby player Kenny Logan, 51, added that his famous family connection “could come up” in his sports career because of how his mother works in sports as a well-known BBC presenter.
He added that his dad didn’t come up as much following his retirement in 2005.
Reuben commented: “I generally think that there hasn’t been much of an issue with it.”
However, he confessed that it was more difficult in his childhood: “I think maybe when I was younger I found it quite hard.
