Adele, 33, has spoken out about her divorce with ex-husband Simon Konecki, with whom she remains friends. Adele spoke to Oprah Winfrey about her personal life in the same rose garden where Meghan Markle and Prince Harry discussed their Royal Family issues.
I have to dig deep to tell my stories
The singer said that the pair don’t speak about the album, but they maintain a close relationship.
The two share a nine-year-old son together.
She said in the CBS Special which aired in the US last night: "I respect him more than anyone... We don't talk about (the album) ...
“But he knows what kind of artist I am, that I have to dig deep to tell my stories."

She adds that Simon “saved her life” and gave her a lot of stability in her life at a time when she needed it.
She continues, saying that he was the most “stable person” she had ever met and stopped her from self-destruction.
The more heart-wrenching parts of the interview came when Adele’s son, Angelo was brought up.
She revealed that her son asked her: “Why don’t you love daddy anymore?”
She explained the difficulty of trying to explain to a six-year-old (at the time) that she does love him, just that she isn’t in love with him.
The songwriter said: “There were so many answers that I couldn't give him because there aren't any that he would understand.”
Adele also said that she felt embarrassed about not being able to make her marriage work.
She said that from a young age, she had promised herself that when she had kids, they would stay together, and be a united family.
