The presenter was all smiles in an Instagram selfie before her procedure earlier this week.
Wearing striking red lipstick and a pink top, she told fans she had her "face on" for work.
The Countryfile star lives in London with her husband Bhupinder Rehal, who is a technology executive for an advertising agency.
She recently opened up about how life had been for the pair in lockdown after adopting a dog.
Anita told The Guardian: "I’ve never had a pet before, because dad said it was cruel.
“But she has connected me to animals in a way I’ve never been – even as a Countryfile presenter.
“The only major problem is she wants to stick to us all the time.”
Anita added her husband will end up taking their pooch to work when it’s safe to do so.
