The mum-of-three had previously spoken about having a "long, tough" road ahead of her during her third pregnancy as she struggled with Hyperemesis gravidarum.
The NHS cites the condition as excessive nausea and vomiting which can often need hospital treatment.
In February the Olympic gold medalist took to Instagram to reveal that his fiance was in the hospital after the couple grew worried that their baby had stopped moving.
Greg explained that Susie realised she hadn't felt the baby move in a while and decided to head to hospital where the staff thankfully could find the heartbeat.
The couple met in 2012 before going on a first date bowling.
In 2014 they welcomed son Milo, followed shortly after by Rex in 2017.
Two years later, Greg proposed to Susie during a hike in Arizona.
Despite announcing plans to marry in the sunny state in 2020, the couple had to postpone their nuptials due to the coronavirus pandemic.
