Claudia Winkleman speaks out on 'disaster' Strictly Come Dancing contestant
CLAUDIA WINKLEMAN, who is a host on Strictly Come Dancing alongside Tess Daly, left Jamie Oliver and his co-star Jimmy Doherty in a fit of giggles after she explained the BBC show's "disaster" contestant.
Strictly: Claudia Winkleman reveals secrets from show
Strictly Come Dancing host Claudia Winkleman, 48, has been a main show host on the BBC programme since 2014. The radio personality replaced Sir Bruce Forsyth after he stepped down from his role that same year - three years prior to his death.
The TV star recently joined Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty on their self-titled Channel 4 cooking show Friday Night Feast when the conversation turned to Strictly disasters.
Jimmy asked the TV presenter: “Who has been an absolute disaster?”
Claudia did not hold back as she blurted out Judy Murray - the mother of Wimbledon champion Andy Murray.
The Scottish-born native competed in the dance competition alongside professional dancer Anton Du Beke in 2014.

Claudia replied: “Judy Murray,” which was met with laughter from both the presenters and the audience.
The Strictly host clarified: “No, no, no. Nobody’s a disaster. She was brilliant and she was an excellent team with Anton and I love them.”
Her comments come after the professional tennis coach branded herself the “worst dancer” on Strictly six years ago.
Judy was voted off in the dance-off when the contestants performed in Blackpool.

Claudia went on to confirm her favourite contestant on the show was former judge Alesha Dixon.
She explained: “I loved Alesha Dixon. I thought she was just amazing. She has got the best laugh ever.
“You can hear her laughter from miles away,” the Strictly favourite added.
Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha first competed on the show in 2007 and lifted the Glitterball Trophy.
She later joined the judging panel in 2009, replacing Arlene Phillips but later left the show altogether to join ITV.
Meanwhile, Claudia recently spoke out about her exit plan from Strictly Come Dancing as she admitted she will leave the show with Tess “as a team”.
The presenter said she and Tess are so inseparable they have promised to make a joint exit from the BBC show when the time comes.
Claudia divulged to The Mirror: “Tess and I will leave at the same time.
“We’ve made that pact over pizza. We’ll go together, whenever they’re done with us.”
Addressing their presenting partnership, the mum-of-three said she often gets “imposter syndrome”.
Claudia explained: “Imposter syndrome, I’ve got it in capital letters.
“Even if they phoned me now and said, ‘You’re done,' I’d still think I have had the best career possible.”
