Victoria Beckham, 45, took to social media and posted a sweet snap of herself as a young child, as she stood in between her mother Jacqueline Adams and younger sister Louise. The throwback photo showed the singer turned fashion designer resting her head against her mum's as she gave a cheeky smile to the camera. In view of her 25 million Instagram followers, she captioned the post: “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums celebrating today. @jackie.adams_ @sandra_beckham49 thank u for all that u do xx Kisses from us all.”(sic) Fans inundated the star with compliments, as they rushed to comment on the family photo, with many stunned followers saying she looks exactly like her son Romeo Beckham, 16.
One person said: “Wow doesn’t Romeo look like you!” while another person penned: “Double of Romeo.”
A third person commented: “Louise looks so much like Romeo on this one,” referring to the fashion mogul’s sister.
Victoria, who is married to former professional footballer David Beckham, 44, also took to the time to pay tribute to his mother Sandra Beckham.
It comes as families across America celebrate Mother’s Day today, nearly two months after the UK marked the same occasion.
Making her way to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where the Met Gala took place earlier in the week, Victoria made a surprising fashion choice.
She opted for a pari of skintight black leggings and and a nude-coloured top for her museum outing.
As she strutted the streets of Manhattan, the former Spice Girl was pictured leaving her Upper East Side hotel and walking to a waiting car.
Victoria teamed her look with a long black trench coat which was tied at the waist, dark sunglasses and peep-toe ankle boots.
Looking her usual glamorous self, she wore her brunette tresses in an up 'do and carried a black leather bag under her arm.
She finished off her look with a pair of green earrings.
Victoria was spending the week in New York, while husband David appeared in a London court for driving offences.
He was pictured arriving solo to court, at which he stood to confirm his full name, date of birth and his address.
David was charged after he admitted to driving while using a mobile in Great Portland Street, London last November.
Following the court hearing, he was banned from driving for six months and fined after receiving six points on his license.
His court appearance comes just a week after he celebrated his 44th birthday with his wife and children.
