Dan Walker: BBC Breakfast host reacts after Carol Kirkwood receives massive snub
DAN WALKER showed his appreciation for BBC Breakfast co-star Carol Kirkwood this morning after she joked about being snubbed by the programme on Twitter.

BBC Breakfast announced they were live on BBC One this morning in a Twitter post with Dan Walker, 42, and Louise Minchin, 50, presenting.
Alongside a black-and-white picture of the pair, the account wrote: “We’re on @BBCOne now!
“Good Morning from @louiseminchin and @mrdanwalker.”
They added: ”Weather with @carolkirkwood. Sport with @sallynugent.”

The post saw a reaction from weather presenter Carol Kirkwood, 56, who didn’t seem happy about not having a picture uploaded like her co-stars.
She replied: “Where are @sallynugent and me... C'mon @BBCBreakfast xxx,” alongside laughing emojis.
Dan responded to Carol’s message with a series of stunning images of the weather favourite.
The BBC Breakfast host praised the star as a “Queen” to his 557,000 Twitter followers.
He said: “Yes... come on @BBCBreakfast... you’ve missed off the Queen of Breakfast TV…”
Dan’s followers also showed their support for Carol with many gushing about the BBC regular.
One person said: “Only two words for Carol this morning, stunningly beautiful.”
“Carol is a stunning addition to breakfast,” said another.
A third added: “These are great pics! @carolkirkwood looks amazing.”
BBC Breakfast went on to acknowledge missing Carol out from their team photo.
Retweeting Dan's pictures to their 280,000 followers, they said: “Ooops - the Queen of Breakfast TV was missing from our team photo this AM.”
Apologising to the weather star, they added: “Sorry @carolkirkwood. Thanks @mrdanwalker.”
Elsewhere, Dan revealed he was celebrating a special anniversary today.
The presenter announced it’s been three years since he first began hosting BBC Breakfast alongside Louise.
Speaking about the occasion, Louise wrote on Twitter: “Three years, how time flies!”
