Holly Willoughby reacts as she and co-star Phillip Schofield ‘spotted at tattoo parlour’
HOLLY WILLOUGHBY and her This Morning co-host, Phillip Schofield, were supposedly “spotted” inside a tattoo parlour yesterday, with fans hoping they were getting matching inkings.
This Morning: Holly Willoughby in tears over blind football fan
Holly Willoughby, 38, and Phillip Schofield, 56, spend a lot of time together outside of presenting This Morning side-by-side.
And on their latest venture, it seemed the presenters were making their friendship much more permanent by getting tattoos.
One fan uploaded a video to Twitter which appeared to show Holly and Phillip, or lookalikes, inside a tattoo parlour.
A blonde female could be seen smiling away whilst getting her inking done, as a grey-haired man stood alongside her for support.
I didn’t see that coming!
The fan captioned the clip on Twitter, which the real Holly liked on her account: "OMG! Just saw @hollywills and @schofe in a tattoo parlour on my way home from work!
“Are they really getting tattoos?! @thismorning.”(sic)
However, it is thought to be all in jest and that it was actually two lookalikes that the user stumbled upon.
One social media responded to the post: “I thought it was Bill Clinton and Paloma Faith!”
Another said: “Lol! They do look a bit like them.”(sic)
“Don't think it's them but a very good likeness,” a third commented.
Rochelle Humes, who replaced Holly Willoughby when she co-hosted I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, appeared to believe it was the TV stars and wrote: “Please say they’re matching.”
One person replied to Rochelle: “Oh yeah, She's got THIS and he's got MORNING.”
Meanwhile, on This Morning yesterday, Holly suffered a huge blunder as she “knocked” out the medic with a cork from a bottle of bubbly.
During the show, the mother-of-three and her co-host were forced to step in and show off their culinary skills after chef Gino D’Acampo called in sick.
But it soon descended into chaos when they attempted to make a spaghetti carbonara live on air.
Holly kept herself busy trying to open a bottle of Prosecco whilst Phillip concentrated on the cooking.
Whilst chatting about his Valentine’s Day plans, Phillip was forced to stop in his tracks as Holly popped a bottle of bubbles, which saw the cork flying to the other side of the studio.
“Oh my god,” Phillip yelled. “You’ve hit the medic!”
He continued to shout: “It’s unprecedented, we’ve knocked the medic out.”
Apologising, Holly said: “I’m so sorry! I didn’t see that coming!”
This Morning airs weekdays and on Sundays at 10.30am.
