Oritse Williams arrives at Crown Court accused of rape
JLS star Oritsé Williams, 31, was granted unconditional bail by magistrates in Walsall in October over an incident at a hotel in 2016.
The JLS star was arrested and charged for allegedly raping a 20-year-old after performing at Gorgeous club in Wolverhampton.
Today, he attended court and spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and nationality.
Oritsé has denied the alleged offence.
He was granted unconditional bail until his trial on May 14 at the same court.
Co-defendant Jamien Nagadhana, 31, also denied assault by penetration in connection with the same incident.
Judge Nicholas Webb told the defendants: "The position is this - your trial is now listed for May 14. Your bail will continue until that date."
Following his hearing, Oritsé posed for selfies with supporters outside court.
In one picture, he was seen holding a child alongside two women and a male smiling for the camera.
Earlier this year, Oritsé’s management team 10 Worlds Music said the singer denies the allegations against him.
